Description  

Moosehide Leather #1 is a strong, supple leather with a smooth grain front, soft sueded back, and a naturally rugged feel. Thicker and more substantial than deerskin, it is well suited for moccasins, bags, pouches, mitts, cuffs, regalia pieces, beadwork panels, appliqué, trim, and durable leather accessories. This cleaner grade is a good choice for larger panels, matching project pieces, and visible areas where makers want strength, softness, and good usable sections in the same hide. As with all natural leather, each hide may vary in grain, markings, shape, and usable area.

Amazing!

The quality of the hide that I received far exceeded my expectations! This hide was less stretchy than I usually receive from other suppliers and it will be great for mitts, mocs, and other projects. It can be hard to buy leather online because it often arrives with a lot of marking and unusable sections, but EVERYTHING ibead sent was top quality. Will definitely be ordering my leather from here always <3
