Bead Bucks Terms & Conditions

Bead Bucks is i-Bead's free loyalty program. Earn points on eligible purchases and redeem them for a discount on a future purchase, online or in-store.

Who's Eligible?

• Retail customers can earn and redeem Bead Bucks.
• VIP and V.I.Bead Club members are eligible too. You do not need a paid membership to participate.
• Wholesale customers, including new Wholesale accounts, are not eligible to earn or redeem points.

To use Bead Bucks online, sign in or create an account. Use the same email address you use when shopping in-store so your purchases are connected to the same customer account.

How Do I Earn Points?

Points are added after an eligible purchase is paid. They are calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping, rounded down to whole points. You earn points on the amount remaining after a Bead Bucks discount, rather than on the amount covered by your points.

Your current online earning rate is shown in My Rewards in your customer account. Online and in-store rates may differ, and special promotions may offer different rates.

How Do I Redeem Points Online?

200 points = $1 off eligible merchandise at the current online redemption rate. Redemptions start at $1 and increase in whole-dollar amounts, based on your available points and eligible cart total.

1. Sign in to your customer account and add your items to the cart.
2. Open the full cart page to see your available points and redemption options.
3. Select an amount from Choose your reward, then select Apply.
4. Review the points being redeemed and the discount shown, then proceed to checkout.

Selecting an option alone does not apply a discount. Your redemption is applied after you select Apply. Check the final discount and total at checkout before placing your order.

Points are redeemed as a merchandise discount. They cannot be used to purchase gift cards or exchanged for cash. You can have one active redemption at a time, and it is linked to your customer account.

Can I Redeem Points on a Purchase Under $1?

Yes. If your eligible merchandise total is greater than $0 but less than $1, you can still redeem 200 points for the $1 option. The discount is limited to your eligible merchandise total, and the unused portion of that $1 is forfeited.

• A $0.90 eligible total receives $0.90 off; the unused $0.10 is forfeited.
• A $0.50 eligible total receives $0.50 off; the unused $0.50 is forfeited.
• A $0.15 eligible total receives $0.15 off; the unused $0.85 is forfeited.

Each example uses the full 200 points. Any other points in your account remain available. This partial-use option applies to the minimum $1 online redemption; an empty cart, a $0 eligible total, or a cart containing only gift cards cannot use it.

How Do Bead Bucks Affect Shipping and Other Discounts?

Bead Bucks reduces your eligible merchandise total. It does not pay for shipping. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Our free-shipping and shipping-discount thresholds are based on the qualifying order total before taxes and after discounts, including Bead Bucks. Redeeming points may bring your order below a shipping offer's minimum. A $0 merchandise total does not automatically mean free shipping. VIP pricing and other offers remain subject to their own conditions. Checkout confirms which discounts can be used together.

Can I Use My Points In-Store?

Yes. Ask our staff to find your customer account before completing your purchase. They can confirm your available points and the in-store redemption options. Use the same customer account online and in-store to keep your balance together.

What If I Change My Mind or Don't Complete Checkout?

When you apply a redemption, the selected points are temporarily reserved. To cancel it before placing your order, select Remove reward in the cart. Points become available again once the unused redemption has been cancelled or has expired and been released. Removing an item or closing the browser does not immediately release reserved points.

What Happens When I Return an Item?

Returns remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Points earned on refunded merchandise are deducted from your balance. Redeemed points are restored according to the Bead Bucks discount applied to the items being refunded.

If you used the $1 option on merchandise worth less than $1, the unused value that was forfeited is not restored after a completed purchase.

Where Can I Check My Balance?

Sign in to your customer account and open My Rewards to view your points balance, current online rates, and points activity. Your available balance and redemption options also appear on the full cart page when you are signed in.
