Our commercially tanned deer split suede features a velvety-soft texture on both sides, offering exceptional flexibility, durability, and comfort. Lightweight yet strong, this suede is ideal for garments, moccasins, pouches, accessories, Native American crafts, and decorative projects. Naturally soft and easy to work with, each hide is unique in colour, size, and shape, with natural blemishes, scars and texture variations that enhance its authenticity.

Tanned Deer hide 5ft

I ordered the 5ft hide from here, and there are multiple holes right in the middle of them. It mentions there may be some holes, but mine has 4 holes and it looks like they are cut out. Vwry Disappointed. Site mentions there are no returns on leather.

Hi Raven — I’m sorry your 5-ft tanned deer hide arrived with several holes. While holes and scars can occur naturally, multiple in the centre isn’t the experience we want. We’ve addressed this with our team: we now double-check hides before packing, and all future shipments will be sorted and sold by grade. Leather hides are eligible for return or exchange when uncut and in new condition. Please contact us with your order number so we can make this right.
